Mrs. Lesia Whatley

     My name is Lesia Morphis Whatley and I am a life-long citizen of Jena, La.  I am married to Chuck Whatley and we have three wonderful children: Lainey 16, Eli 9 and Emma 2.  I have been a teacher since May of 1991.  My first job was at Jena Elementary teaching third grade.  I taught third grade for about 5 years and took off for a year to have Eli.  I returned to Jena Elementary to teach second grade for another 5 years.  I then transferred to Nebo Elementary to teach fifth grade.  I hope to remain here until I retire.
